As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard. If your dog or dogs are aggressive and are still in the yard upon arrival we will skip cleanup if we feel there is a potential risk or harm to us if entering backyard without homeowner present. You will be notified immediately by us if this happens to give you the opportunity to put your dog or dogs in the house before we begin. If your dog or dogs are friendly and they happily greet us at the gate thats great! We love scooping in yards with friendly dogs and giving them extra pets.
If we are unable to scoop your yard due to locked access from a side gate/entrance, garage entry, or gate code to enter the neighborhood/community we will reach out to you to let you know we cannot begin until access is given for us to enter. This is to ensure we maintain our schedule for other customers in designated time slots. If we cannot get ahold of you to perform cleanup you will still be charged for visit.
Please provide immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets so we can ensure you are billed correctly or adjust balances due.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.
If your grass is severely overgrown the dog waste can settle all the way down and may not be visible when scooping your yard and could be missed. If there are leaves, heavy debri, or fallen fruit that blanket your yard or parts of it, it becomes very difficult to see the dog waste and increases the potential for missed piles. We will do the very best we can with what we can see.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service. If you have a set day of service agreed upon at sign up and later request to be rescheduled to another day of service we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee a move to another day without impacting other customers. We will however keep that in mind with any future opening on requested day if there are openings that come up and contact you.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
Either party may terminate service (in writing via text or email) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
